Capstan Club Condo Association Rental Registration 
1.  Please submit 30 days prior to move-in date
2.  Rental duration must be a minimum of 30 days
3.  Please send a copy of the Capstan Rules and Regulations to the Renter.  A copy of the document can be downloaded from this website - see Legal Documents.

Note: NO RENTER MAY HAVE PETS UNLESS THEY RENT FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND THE OWNER HAS BEEN PROVIDED WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE CAPSTAN BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
