The purpose of this site is to provide relevant information to both owners and renters of the Capstan Club Condominium Association.  Please review the Rules and Regulations and FAQ pages on this site to acquaint yourself with Capstan Club's policies and and other helpful information.

All owners should ensure they are registered to access this website, as one of the features of this site allows for emergency texts and important email communications.  Owners may have more than one contact person registered to access the site and receive communications.  No owner information is shared with any third parties or marketing sites.  Menu options with a “padlock” symbol are available only to owners.  Menu options without the padlock symbol are available to all, including renters.  

Renters may also register for access to the website, the benefit being eligible to receive emergency communications.  Renter access would be granted with permission from the owner.

Capstan Club is under management by Star Hospitality Management, your first point of contact for any property-related issues.  See "Contacts" for their phone and email information.
